I had my first taste of Multiple Casualty Incident Drill today. Arrived at the St John National HQ at around 6.15am but we did not leave for the drill site until it was just past 8am. Four of us went, our preceptor SN Oh Boon Hann, a St John colleague of his, Mr Philip Yiin and myself. Oh don't miss the photos of my preceptor and his colleague posing (last photo) like it was NOT a drill. Hehe.

Posing after finishing the defensive driving course
We completed the defensive driving course today. It was not as tough as I expected, but I almost failed. My defense? My first time driving a van (an ambulance), and there are slight differences compared to driving a car. Sigh. There were others who also did not fare well, but anyhow, we managed to stay alive, that the important thing.
These pictures were taken at the St John National Headquarters on Jalan Peel, Kuala Lumpur. It was the first time we all wore the OUM uniforms. We are expected to wear the OUM uniform during our clinical practice sessions in the future.
